Own a Tropical Waterfront Resort Home for Only $25,000 Down.
A $25,000 down payment will allow you to reserve the Caribbean oceanfront vacation home of your dreams in Laguna Reef Resort.

• 30% of the purchase price is due within 60 days of your reservation, along with your Construction & Purchase Agreement. This amount may be eligible for financing*.

• The remaining 70% of the purchase price (including upgrades and furnishings) is due when your Panama condominium is complete. This amount may also be eligible for financing**.
Financing Example
Purchase your Caribbean oceanfront condominium at Laguna Reef Resort for only $599,000.
1) Reservation Cost: $25,000 (to be applied to your purchase price).
2) *If you qualify, you may finance the 30% construction deposit at 6.875% with no closing costs or loan fees through U.S. Capital, Inc. Your payment on this loan would be approximately $836.00 per month, interest-only, on a $127,400 loan.
3) **When your vacation home is complete, you may qualify to finance the 70% balance remaining ($355,600) at a fully amortized rate of 6.375%( rates current as of the date of this publication) through our Panamanian bank relationship. Your payment would be $1889 per month.
4) Our Property Management division will actively solicit weekly vacation rentals for your unit. Based on renting it 50% of the year, at $275 per night, and subtracting your HOA fees and the property management fee, you could enjoy an annual positive cash flow of approximately $1,380.00 per year.

Of course, by putting more cash down on your Laguna Reef vacation home, you will increase the amount of cash flow when renting out your unit.
