Within 60 days of the reservation date:
Complete, sign and return the Construction & Purchase Agreement
Wire the 30% construction deposit

Step Three
Within 120 days of the reservation date:
Select your condominiums options
Complete, sign and return the Amendment to Purchase Agreement (if required)

Step Four
90 days prior to closing:
Determine the ownership type (Individual, Partnership, Corporation) (Moved from Step 2 above).
Apply for the final mortgage (if required)
Review, sign and return the Property Management Agreement (if desired)

Step Five
Conduct the final inspection of your completed home.
Close on your new Laguna Reef Resort luxury vacation home
